Backstopped by Science, CBD Unlimited Aiming for 30,000 Distribution Points

2018 was a year of milestones for the cannabis markets, including Canada becoming the first Group of Seven country to legalize recreational use and the number of U.S. states where medical or recreational marijuana is legal rising to 33 and 10, respectively, along with the District of Columbia.  A watershed moment happened in the industrial hemp space too, with the passage of the U.S. Farm Bill 2018 removing the plant from the federal controlled substance list, effectively making it a legal agricultural commodity as of the start of 2019. Hemp is a variety of the cannabis sativa plant that does not contain any meaningful levels of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the marijuana component responsible for the psychotropic high.  What it does contain is CBD (cannabidiol), a non-intoxicating compound of cannabis that is widely trumpeted for a litany of therapeutic benefits, including reducing pain, nausea, anxiety and inflammation. The legalization of industrial hemp will certainly make CBD one of the most active areas within the broader cannabis markets in 2019. Findit Begins Beta Testing on New Native App In Android and Soon To Be IOS

Findit, Inc., a Nevada Corporation trading on the OTC Pinksheets FDIT, is testing its under development native app in beta. The testing is being done in house only at this time. The company will be reaching out to certain people that are influencers on sites that include Instagram, Facebook and Twitter pre-launch to get input. Peter Tosto of Findit, Inc. reached out to @garyvee on Instagram in a DM recently and requested Gary test the new app in beta when it is ready. Gary Vaynerchuk is a well known author and has over 4.9 million followers on Instagram. We will be reaching out to other influencers as well as Tucker Carlson @tuckercarlsontonight who has been very outspoken about Facebook (FB) and Google (GOOG) and what they do with members’ data. Tucker has been saying how we need an alternative to these other platforms that are selling data and not providing an unbiased platform and we believe Findit meets many of the criteria that Tucker Carlson has been opinionated about the past few months if not longer. The Distribution Debate: Qualified or Non Qualified Retirement Plans

In a typical non-qualified plan, the contributions are NOT tax deductible. Examples are cash value life insurance and Roth IRAs, which accumulate tax deferred and can be distributed tax free. Qualified plan contributions are tax deductible, but taxable on the distributions. The query is pay taxes today or pay them tomorrow.
